That None Should Perish

Today I am posting straight from the Bible, verses that describe foolish behaviour. Please take heed.

• Proverbs 1:7: “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction”.
• Proverbs 26:4-5: “Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you yourself will be just like him. Answer a fool according to his folly, or he’ll be wise in his own eyes”.
• Proverbs 26:11: “Like a dog that returns to his vomit is a fool who repeats his folly” (ESV).
• Ecclesiastes 10:12: “A fool is swallowed up by his own lips”.
• Matthew 7:26: “And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand”.
• 1 Corinthians 1:27: “But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong”

Sometimes it is best to walk away as they won’t understand or listen; BUT do not give up praying for them to obtain wisdom and that the scales that are on their eyes will fall off so that they too may be redeemed by the Christ Jesus.

Warning: We are called to spread the GOOD WORD to everyone, not just our friends, but for our enemies also. Don’t underestimate God’s love as He is working in the background and He created both the wise and the foolish. Please keep praying!
