That None Should Perish

Today we are going to talk about Your Pen, His instrument. Remember Jesus is the author and guides the pen, not you. When you’re full of The Holy Spirit, Jesus is ready to use YOU for His Glory!

If your “pen” is clogged, then how do you expect to be full of Jesus and the Holy Spirit? You cannot!

When you dip your pen into the inkwell, that ink needs to be fresh, liquid and have a good flow. The nib of the pen needs also to be sharp but able to dip without tearing the paper when you go to write. The pen that He wants to use needs to be clean as well as fresh ink inside.

How? You ask. By dipping into the Holy Word daily. By talking to Jesus and asking why I cannot write what You say. Is there a clump stuck in the pen that is blocking the flow? Is there sin that is unforgiven or unspoken that needs to be cleared? Let Jesus wash away those clumps, the bits and pieces and sharpen the tip so that it can be used once again!

You have to let it soak. Confess and allow Jesus to forgive YOU! Soak in His Word, read it daily! Allow Jesus to scrub away all the flakes and clumps.

Yes, the process can be painful. Ponder His LOVE for YOU! It is infinite, pure, holy and will cleanse you! YES! He does LOVE YOU that much!
