“Why?”
We will be focusing on how satan loves to twist our words. We will be looking at 7 words you should not say when praying to Jesus as they can block your blessings, breakthroughs, and progress.
Satan is very sneaky and loves to twist words around, so you need to be aware of it’s lies, snares and traps. It sounds like an innocent search for answers. But when the enemy twists it, it turns into a demand for God to justify Himself to you. It shifts your posture from a trusting child to a judge questioning the Almighty.
- The Trap: Satan uses “Why?” to trap you in a loop of confusion and offense, blinding you to what God is doing in the trial.
- What the Bible Says: God told Job, “Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation?” (Job 38:4). God operates on a timeline and a dimension far above ours (Isaiah 55:9).
- The Victory: Trade “Why is this happening?” for “What are You teaching me, Lord?” Shift from questioning God’s character to trusting His sovereignty.
SILENCE
Have you ever noticed the different types of silence that are present and each one is different?
Silence-Deafness that is due to a physical inability of being unable to hear.
Silence not wanting to hear, even if able to hear.
Silence that is deafening, so loud that you cannot hear or that you don’t want to hear.
Silence from friends.
Silence from family.
Silence from noise outside or within.
Silence from not listening.
Silence from the truth.
Silence from the world.
Silence from pain.
Silence from not speaking out.
Silence from not doing what is right.
Silence from turning away from God.
Silence from God waiting to be heard by you.
Silence that is calm, no static, at peace with God.
